2. Purpose of the TCU

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the conditions under which users may use the ResellMyFlight.com platform to offer their non-modifiable and non-refundable flight tickets for resale. or, where applicable, request a partial refund of the airport taxes.

3. How the Service Works

The user uploads a plane ticket on the platform that they wish to resell.

Resell My Flight: automatically analyzes the ticket and determines whether it can be offered for resale.

  • If resale is possible: the ticket is offered to the partner airline; the user may receive a partial refund, typically around 50% of the original price.
  • If resale is not possible: the user is invited to request a refund of unused airport taxes. This refund may represent on average up to 30% of the ticket price, depending on the airline.

No refund is guaranteed if the ticket does not find a buyer or if the airline refuses the tax reimbursement.

4. Eligibility Conditions

To use the service, the ticket submitted must:

  • Be non-modifiable and non-refundable according to the airline's conditions.
  • Be valid and active.
  • Not necessarily involve a departure from or destination to France.

Travel agents and tour operators are authorized to submit tickets for resale on behalf of their clients.

5. User Commitments

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Do not submit fraudulent or already canceled tickets.
  • Acknowledge that neither resale nor tax reimbursement is guaranteed.
  • Certify that they have not taken the trip associated with the ticket for which they are requesting a tax refund.
  • Expressly authorize Sunshine Consultancy LLC to act on their behalf with airlines to request the reimbursement of airport taxes associated with the submitted ticket.

The user acknowledges that Sunshine Consultancy LLC acts solely as an intermediary.

6. Obligations of ResellMyFlight.com

ResellMyFlight.com commits to:

  • Make all reasonable efforts to offer the ticket for resale when a partnership exists.
  • Initiate a request for airport tax reimbursement from airlines when resale is not possible, subject to the information provided by the user.
  • Process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Issue a refund only upon actual receipt of funds from the airline or an alternative solution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Consultancy LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • The failure to resell a ticket.
  • On the refusal to refund airport taxes by an airline.
  • Any changes to the terms and conditions of the airlines.
  • Errors attributable to the user during the information submission process.

8. Personal Data

The data collected is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ResellMyFlight.com (texts, logos, images, graphic design) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Termination

The user may request the deletion of their account and data at any time. Sunshine Consultancy LLC reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of a breach of the TCU.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

The applicable law and competent jurisdiction shall be determined according to the country of residence of the client, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.

12. Changes to the TCU

Sunshine Consultancy LLC reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by appropriate means.
