Hereinafter referred to as "ResellMyFlight".

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use define the conditions under which users may use the platform to:

Offer non-modifiable and non-refundable airline tickets for resale;
Request recovery of unused government taxes when resale is not possible.

3. Nature of the Services

ResellMyFlight acts exclusively as an intermediary. The platform provides two distinct services:

3.1 Ticket Resale Service

The user uploads an airline ticket for analysis and potential resale.
Resale is never guaranteed.

If resale is successful, the user receives a partial reimbursement, generally around 50% of the original ticket price, depending on applicable conditions.

3.2 Government Tax Recovery Service

If resale is not possible or the flight has not been used, ResellMyFlight may offer an optional service to recover unused government taxes.

This service:

Does not guarantee reimbursement;
Depends entirely on the airline's policies;
Only applies to unused government taxes.

The base fare and commercial airline fees are non-refundable.

4. Mandate

To initiate a tax recovery request, the user must:

Provide accurate and complete information;
Sign a written mandate authorizing ResellMyFlight to act on their behalf;
Return the signed mandate in scanned or photographed format.

The mandate must include:

Full identity of the passenger;
Flight details;
Confirmation that the flight was not used;
Explicit authorization for ResellMyFlight to act on their behalf.

No request will be initiated without receipt of the signed mandate.

5. Commission

In the event of effective reimbursement of government taxes by the airline:

ResellMyFlight shall receive a commission corresponding to a percentage of the amount recovered, as specified in the mandate.
No fee shall be charged if no reimbursement is obtained.
A minimum commission amount may apply.

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
Not submit fraudulent or already cancelled tickets;
Confirm that the flight was not used;
Confirm that no prior tax refund request has been made;
Authorize the transmission of their personal data to the airline strictly for the purpose of tax recovery.

The user acknowledges that ResellMyFlight acts solely as an intermediary.

7. ResellMyFlight Obligations

ResellMyFlight agrees to:

Use reasonable efforts to attempt resale of the ticket;
Initiate a tax recovery request when applicable;
Process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

ResellMyFlight is subject to a best-efforts obligation, not a result obligation.

8. Limitation of Liability

SUNSHINE CONSULTANCY LLC shall not be held liable for:

Failure to resell a ticket;
Refusal of reimbursement by the airline;
Airline processing delays;
Changes in airline policies;
Errors or omissions provided by the user.

No reimbursement is guaranteed.

9. Personal Data

Collected data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Certain personal data may be transmitted to airlines strictly for the purpose of tax recovery.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, logos, graphics, design) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

11. Account Termination

Users may request account deletion at any time. ResellMyFlight reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable law and jurisdiction shall be determined based on the user's country of residence, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
